Insulation stripping systems
LJU offers a wide range of possibilities in the field of stripping enamelled copper wires. These components are ideally matched to the LJU winding machines, but can also be used independently on machines from other manufacturers. We can offer you the following devices and systems as inline and offline variants:
- Stripping heads for round wires; 3 and 4 cutters; ranges from 0.18 mm to 2.0 mm
- Flat wire stripper; mechanical milling and brushing; ranges 0.2 mm thickness to 15 mm width (others on request)
- Laser stripping systems; inline/offline; or as laser cell with coordinate table, with belt system / turntable input of workpieces or pallets
