Rotary indexing tables for the coil manufacturing industry, for the automotive sector and for special applications.
All current rotary indexing tables from Weiss or customer models can be used as standard. The coils or workpieces are handled within the rotary indexing table systems as far as possible with the tools. We place great emphasis on process monitoring by means of visual sensors, camera systems and other customer-specific measuring and testing technology.
All this data is fed to the host computer thanks to machine data acquisition.

Steering
Siemens or Beckhoff controllers with decentralised EtherCAT technology are used.
Control package
- Digital/analogue inputs and outputs for controlling the sensors and actuators
- Serial communication module, safety controller, power distribution, connection of all network-capable components to the HMI package
HMI package
- The HMI package includes a fanless industrial PC with solid-state drive, Windows, touch monitor, keyboard and proprietary user interface with intuitive macro programming.
