Self-sufficient system for regulating the flux density.
The FL 202 works with an electronic automatic control system. The measured values are recorded by means of buoyancy measurement using strain gauges.
The density is measured continuously and if the upper limit is exceeded, an appropriate solvent (e.g. isopropyl alcohol) is automatically added in the correct dosage. The soldering quality is thus kept at a constantly high level over a long period of time. As a result, hardly any contamination occurs in the entire flux system and flux savings of up to 50% are possible.
The flux preparation system can be directly coupled to one or more flux stations. It is possible to operate the FL 202 as a circulatory system. Here, the flux to be prepared is fed into the storage tank (capacity 13 litres) by means of a return connection. After a time X, the flux is ready for use and can be fed into the system. The electronics are intuitive and very easy to use.
Based on an electronic buoyancy measurement, vulnerable mechanical float sensors (hydrometers) can be omitted.
The density is set outside the unit by directly specifying the desired numeric value.
Various status messages provide an immediate overview of the media conditions and thus enable optimum process reliability as well as convenient adaptation to changing process parameters.
The system can communicate with higher-level control systems via optimal interfaces.
