The fully automatic bending and winding system BWS 4000 is used for the production of flat wire wound coils in upright design. The coils can be manufactured in a wide variety of geometries and shapes. The BWS 4000 is equipped with a powerful drive so that a wide range of wire sizes can be processed.

Depending on the wire size and spool geometry, different interchangeable tools are used. With only a few interchangeable parts and short set-up times, the BWS 4000 is quickly available again for the next coil type. The machine is operated via a user-friendly programming interface on touch screens.
