In close cooperation with our customers, we develop and implement highly flexible automation solutions for the following areas: Automotive, electronics and electrical industry, solar, railway, IT and medical technology. With the help of highly flexible robot systems in conjunction with a rotary indexing table connection to optimise cycle times, we achieve the best results with consistent quality in production. Here, the latest technologies in connection, assembly and measurement technology are adapted to the specific needs of our customers.
Depending on the requirements, fully and semi-automatic production systems are available. To this end, we use our existing standard modules as well as the latest hardware and software, with software development forming the core of our systems. We implement these systems as standard with Siemens or Beckhoff controllers, including graphic interface programming and, of course, with integrated remote maintenance.
There are often no standard solutions for many tasks and applications. This is why we work very closely with universities and technical institutes, with whom we can also cover solutions in the scientific field. We use such synergies effectively when it comes to realising special solutions. We benefit from many years of experience and a large company network.
From the task definition to the project planning and commissioning of the entire system as well as the long-term support by our experienced service team, we are your contact partner. Our company's own expertise covers all steps from creative conception, design, manufacture and assembly to testing and prototyping in our laboratory.
