Flux application by means of piezo actuators offers the possibility of dispensing low-viscosity flux agents with high precision and without contact. The smallest quantities are possible at distances up to 50 mm. The component represents an ideal connection in conjunction with our PLA 2010 spot soldering system and our RSS 3000 series robot systems. More information on request.
Spray fluxes
Spray fluxes offers an economical way of dispensing flux agents precisely and without contact. Small quantities are possible with distances between 10 and 60 mm. The component represents an ideal connection in conjunction with our PLA 2010 spot soldering system and our RSS 3000 series robot systems. More information on request.
Dipping fluxes
We offer the dipping in two versions:
- In conjunction with a scoop, which can be motorised via a control system. This variant is suitable for rotary indexing table and workpiece carrier systems.
- The fixed basin design, which can be used in conjunction with our robot systems. Both options work optimally together with our FL 202T flux preparation system. Here, the flux density is monitored and adapted for optimum process reliability.

The FL 202 works with an electronic automatic control system. The measured values are recorded by means of buoyancy measurement using strain gauges.
