Assembly processes in the coil assembly area
As a manufacturer of special machines, LJU is ideally placed for realising assembly processes, particularly in the coil-assembly sector. Here we benefit from over 20 years of experience and in-house prefabrication with the latest CNC technology. Furthermore, a toolmaking shop is located in the same hall complex as a cooperation partner. The following are examples of various assembly processes.
Often the geometries of the contacts for the coils must be brought to a different position for further processing.
Different bending methods are used for this:
LJU offers you tailor-made solutions for joining processes in accordance with the desired requirements of the task.
The selected joining processes are pre-tested in the LJU laboratory.
Bonding and dispensing are common downstream processes in many of our winding and soldering systems. For example, thermal conductive pastes in capillary winding or the bonding of coils and ferrites. We have already realised many other applications, please ask us for more information.
Embossing is a common downstream process in many of our coiling and soldering systems. For example, when winding wires or capillaries, they are specially shaped or embossed at the beginning, during winding and/or at the end of the process. We have already realised many other applications, please ask us for more information.
Cutting is a common downstream process in many of our coiling and soldering systems. For example, wire or capillary ends, workpiece parts and coil components, bi-metals and much more are machined to fit. We have already realised many other applications, please ask us for more information.
